This residence is just 6km from Grosseto, 8km from Marina di Grosseto and 15km from Castigione della Pescaia. Set in an ideally peaceful location on the plains with a view of the hills and the countryside it overlooks the green pinewood which stretches along the coast.
The residence consists of two main bodies each holding different types of apartments, all with private front and back garden (150sqm) and 2 parking spaces.
The first apartment type (TYPE A) is 80sqm, on two floors, with living room and double bedroom on the ground floor and double bedroom and second bathroom on the first floor (spiral staircase).
