This farm offers a splendid panorama over the hills of the Marche region where the green fields are interspersed with fields of rich brown ploughed land. The stone and brick farmhouse is situated on a naturally landscaped veranda with swimming pool (6 x 12 m. - open May/Sept.) on the slopes of the hill facing the typical medieval town of Monterinaldo (2kms) and the horizon over to the coast (25kms) from Cupra Marittima to Medaso.
The accommodation is situated on two floors and can be used as one large single apartment for families or groups of friends who prefer separate accommodation. It consists of three apartments; two two-roomed apartments on the ground floor and one four-roomed apartment on the first floor, with 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities. All the apartments are extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished. The pleasant atmosphere which prevails is also the result of the excellent and detailed restoration of the building in the traditional architectural style of the Marche region.
There is also a pleasant reception room on the ground floor used as a breakfast room for guests who prefer bed and breakfast. The owners, who live near (1kms) the guest apartments will be delighted to assist guests and provide information regarding trips to the many medieval towns of the area (Monteleone, Carassai, Montalto delle Marche etc.). Ascoli Piceno 40kms, Ancona 90kms. Beach 25kms.
