LA CASTELLETTA
On the hill of Cupramarittima, with a view of the sea, only 1km away, sits this old country house, recently refurbished using only bio-architectural methods and materials. The main farmhouse holds 5 guest rooms all with en-suite facilities, TV. Only a few metres away, in the courtyard, is a small detached apartment which holds up to 4 people, ideal for families. The rooms, with terracotta floors and wooden rafters, are all furnished with the owners' own antique furniture. Set in 20 hectares of green countryside, mainly vineyards and olive groves, the farm also runs a restaurant in the main farmhouse where guests can taste the traditional cuisine of the Marche region made with the farm's own fresh produce (vegetables, oil, wine).
Guests facilities include a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 12 m. - open 15th June/15th Sept.), barbecue and bicycle hire for trips to the beach.
